Kejohanan Badminton MSSD Pasir Mas telah diadakan pada 25 Mei 2017 bertempat di Dewan Sempana SMK SIS. Pelajar 5S1,Mohamad Afdzal Mohd Bakri telah mencatat satu kemenangan buat sekolah dengan mendapat pingat gangsa . Tahniah !! Afdzal. Pelajar serba boleh yang sangat meminati dunia sukan.
